The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing outstanding service during our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the local area and visit nearby shops and bars. Lastly, the decor in the entrance and dining areas was well-presented, creating a charming atmosphere.

We had a negative experience with the hotel regarding a group reservation. This left us and our group of 10 people stranded in a busy period with no nearby accommodations.

The hotel maybe was nice but 30 years ago. Today the room equipment and accessories are very old and used, the room was dirty. I found very small insects on the table. TV was manufactured 20-25 years ago.

The hotel was good but the room was old they needed some updating and modernising. Parking is really hard to get. Breakfast was good in the lovely restaurant. Location is good to get to other tourist places in or around florence and pisa.

Classic room was reasonably large and functional with a bathtub. The breakfast was marvellous with many options including vegtabels; the staff were fairly friendly!
